We're building their field-to-office system: the path a job takes from the truck to the office to accounting, without anyone retyping it.
Because the system is not live yet. A logo on this page before anything runs is the exact thing we are trying not to be. When it is live, their name goes here with their permission, the owner's own description of what was broken, and the numbers.
Results will be published here after the system has been running for thirty days. That will include what changed, and what it cost.
When the first build goes live this becomes a full case study. This is the shape it will take, so you know what you're going to get rather than wondering.

Plain description. We name the systems it touches.
The number. Hours, dollars, calls, days to close the books. One or two metrics, not six.
Published. Almost nobody in this category does that, which is most of why we will.
One honest paragraph. If a build had a rough patch, it goes here.
The first build is at our cost. If it works you get a system, and we get a case study with real numbers on it. That's the trade.
