Two people run this company. This page is written the way we would answer the question out loud.

We do not run ad trackers, we do not sell anything about you, and there is no analytics product watching you read this page. The only information we hold is what you sent us on purpose.
Your name, your email address, your shop name, and whatever you tell us about your business. We keep it because we need it to answer you, and to remember the conversation if you come back later. It lives in our Google Workspace account and, if we start working together, in the files and systems we use to run that work.
This site is static files served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare records standard request logs, including your IP address, for security and abuse prevention on our behalf. We set no cookies of our own and there is no analytics script on any page.
Bookings are handled by Google Calendar. What you type into the booking form goes to Google and to us, and Google's handling of it is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
The two of us. We use Google Workspace and Cloudflare to run the company, so those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not turn into work: we keep the thread while there is any chance of picking the conversation back up, and delete it when you ask. Client records: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax and legal reasons.
Email hello@svcloop.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will tell you when it is done. You do not need a reason and you do not need to be a client.
If we build systems for you, we will have access to data from your business, which may include information about your customers and your staff. We treat that as yours, not ours. We use it only to do the work you asked for, we do not use it to train anything, and the specifics (access, retention, and what happens at the end) are written into the engagement agreement you sign before we start.
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
If we change this page we will change the date at the top. There is no version history, so if it matters to you, save a copy.
