How we work

Two steps, and you only pay for the second one.

Most firms in this space want a five-figure discovery fee before anything gets built. We'd rather build first and let the work make the argument.

Step one

Results First Install

No cost

We pick the single highest-friction thing in your office and we build it. At our cost.

You give us access and about two hours of your time across a few weeks. We build, install, and run it in your shop. If it works, you've got a working system and we've earned the conversation about what's next. If it doesn't, you owe nothing and the work is yours to keep.

Why we do it this way: you have no reason to believe us yet. This is cheaper for us than convincing you.

Step two

Proof Before Payment

From $750/month

Once something is working, we take over the ongoing build. That covers new builds, changes to what's running, monitoring, and a standing line to us when something breaks.

Month to month, 30 days' notice, no annual contract.

We take one client at a time. That limits how fast we grow, which is fine.

The build

How a build actually runs.

No trademarked process name and no framework diagram. This is the actual sequence, and it is the same every time.

  1. Call

Twenty minutes. What's breaking, what it costs you, whether we can build it. If we can't, you'll know on this call rather than after a proposal.

  2. Walkthrough

We sit with whoever runs your office for an hour and watch the actual process. Not a survey, not a questionnaire. We watch the job get entered and follow it until it's paid.

  3. Scope

You get one page: what we're building, what it touches, when it lands. One page, not a deck. If it needs more than one page it isn't scoped yet.

  4. Build

Two to four weeks depending on scope. You see it before it goes live.

  5. Install and watch

We run alongside your existing process until it's clearly working, then turn the old one off. Nothing gets switched off on a promise.

What you give us

About two hours of your time.

The reason the first install is free is that the expensive part is your attention, not our hours. Here's the whole ask.

Twenty minutes, no deck.

Tell us where the office is losing time. If it isn't a fit, you'll know on the call and we'll point you somewhere better.
